1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the Pixels & Pixies website.
Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
The products offered are handcrafted creations made in the Pixels & Pixies workshop, located in Northern France.
As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur (wood grain, shades, finishes, screen color rendering).
Product images are non-contractual.
Personalized products are made according to the information provided by the customer.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
Pixels & Pixies reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. Orders
An order becomes final once:
- The cart has been validated
- These Terms and Conditions have been accepted
- Payment has been confirmed
A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Pixels & Pixies reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues or incomplete information.
6. Payment
Payment is made via PayPal.
Customers may pay:
- Through their PayPal account
- By credit/debit card via PayPal’s secure interface
No banking details are stored on the website.
7. Preparation Time
As all creations are handmade by a single artisan, a preparation period is required.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days, excluding shipping time.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high activity, preparation times may exceptionally be extended.
8. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out via Mondial Relay.
Products are shipped to France and to European countries served by Mondial Relay.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and depend on the carrier.
Pixels & Pixies cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
In case of damaged parcels, the customer must report the issue to the carrier and contact Pixels & Pixies as soon as possible.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be returned:
- In perfect condition
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
10. Exception – Personalized Products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
11. Liability
Pixels & Pixies shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
13. Force Majeure
Pixels & Pixies shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, raw material shortages, or any event beyond its control.
14. Consumer Mediation (Temporary Clause)
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers may have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediation service in order to resolve a dispute amicably.
