1️⃣ Order Processing & Shipping
Each creation is handmade in our workshop located in Northern France.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days after payment confirmation (excluding shipping time).
Deliveries are carried out via Mondial Relay to France and to European countries served by this carrier.
A tracking link is provided once your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the parcel.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation.
2️⃣ Customs & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (where applicable), customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Pixels & Pixies cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
3️⃣ Returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Products must be returned:
- In perfect condition
- Unused
- In their original packaging
Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
⚠️ Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
4️⃣ Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made before the order has been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, it is subject to the return conditions described above.
